If the flowers have a wet wrap on the bottom just use scissors to slit the bottom, then place in a vase, otherwise you can remove all of the wrapping.
Fill vase with lukewarm water, change and recut stems on an angle every 2-3 day, this will help extend the life of your flowers.
Place flowers in a cool area, away from the sun, heat generators e.g., the tv, draughts and ripening fruit.
Place your flowers outside at night if cool in a sheltered area. Cut flowers like to stay cool
Flowers can droop, recut stems placed in about 4cm of boiling water for about 30 seconds, then place back in water.
